Students' Project Exhibition & Competition 2008

SPEC - Students' Project Exhibition & Competition is an annual event organized by the Department of Electronic Engineering, NED University of Engineering & Technology, Karachi. The purpose of this event is to provide a platform where engineering students can present their talents.

SPEC 2006 was the first endeavor in which 36 Electronic projects were displayed. The tradition followed in SPEC 2007 where 46 projects were displayed in the newly constructed Instrumentation Center. SPEC 2007 attracted more than 800 students and faculty members receiving television coverage on Pakistan Television, GEO and Business Plus.

SPEC 2008 expanded its boundaries from Electronic Engineering to Computer Systems, Information Technology, Electrical and Telecommunications Engineering.

SPEC 2008 held successfully on Saturday, April 12, 2008 as a mega event. The abilities of the participants was acknowledges in Hardware, Software, Speed Programming & Make from Scrap Competitions.
